Mount Bocksberg in the Harz Mountains

A great destination for a weekend trip with children. An old cable car leads up to an altitude of 727 metres where, in addition to the restaurant, there is a large children's playground, a very good summer toboggan run, mountain bike tracks, a rope park and a slide for inflatable rings.




















In the spring of 2025, we noticed a massive construction project. This is the future Drachenblitz attraction: a smodern rodelbahn and a giant dragon. We'll be back later.


Down in the town of Hahnenklee, which is a neighbourhood of Goslar, you can walk around the beautiful lake. There is a children's playground there too.








Getting there: car park near the lower station of the cable car 51.858806, 10.340833. By bus 830 from Goslar in the direction Clausthal-Zellerfeld to the stop Hahnenklee Treff Hotel, Goslar.
