Our rating: 6.40
Overall rating:
Corvin castle (Castelul Corvinilor), the ancestral nest of the feudal house of Hunyadi, is the most beautiful castle in Romania, which would perfectly fit the role of the Dracula castle, moreover it is located in Transylvania. Unfortunately castle stands far from tourist routes, in the middle of an industrial city.

Several legends are associated with the castle, the most significant is about Vlad The Impaler (Dracula). It is believed that he was imprisoned here for 7 years. This may be true or not, in any case tourists like the legend :)

Find opening times and the ticket price on the official website.
