Sidari is a small resort in the north of the island of Corfu. It is located behind the mountains, so its climate can periodically differ from the island climate. There are good beaches here, but there are no toilets and booths, so we went to a neighboring restaurant.

There are several of these beaches, they are called Love Canals. On the Internet you can find information that the Love Canal is exactly this place 39.795917, 19.702306, though all these long canals are Love Canals.

The water there was warmer than in other places on the island, so we swam quite comfortably in May. There is not much space there, but many people want to get here due to the so-called Dionysus Cave. And this cave is more suitable for the name "love canal" :)

You can't see it from the beach or from above, you have to swim forward a bit. It can be a bit scary inside, so only swim there in good weather, when the sea is calm.

Getting there: parking is tight, we were there in the morning and parked here 39.795611, 19.700333, but there may not be any spaces during the day. You can take the bus, download this app, it has routes and timetables https://corfutourist.com/green-buses.
