Porto Timoni beach in Corfu

An unusual double beach in Corfu. It can be reached on foot from the village of Afionas or by boat from the large beach of Agios Georgios. Due to its unusual location, the water can have different temperatures on different parts of the beach, separated by an isthmus.

There are no facilities. The path from the village is about 1 km long and not particularly difficult, but there is a drop in elevation as you need to descent to the beach and then climb back up. The visit to the beach can be combined with the sunset viewpoint in the village.
