We decided to visit Hann. Münden after we had found the town on Google Maps. It looks amazing from above. See for yourself : orange half-timbered roofs (one of the best in Germany), mountains, river and many islands. The town was not affected by air strikes during the war and about 700 old half-timbered houses were preserved.

Minden , which is also located on the Weser river, prefix "Hannoversch" was added. And later, to be able to place the long title on the tickets, it was cut to Hann. Münden.

N 51 24.875 E 9 38.554 near the hotel Berghotel Eberburg. Then go on foot, the trail starts behind the hotel.
