Rijeka Crnojevica is a tiny fishermen's village almost near the Skadar Lake. The main attractions are the beautiful scenery and the bridge of 1853. It is interesting that 500 years ago this town used to stand at the trade route from Cetinje to Podgorica, and the river was navigable. The reason was simple: the town bordered on the Turkish territory and was a water gate, people sailed the ships to the major trading town of Virpazar on the Skadar Lake. At the end of the 19th century the Turks left, a new road from Cetinje to Podgorica was built and Rijeka Crnojevica became a useless little town. Nowadays only lone travelers visit this place.
In Rijeka Crnojevica you can escape from hustle and bustle. It's a very nice, quiet and deserted place. I put two photo points on the map below, the first one is a bridge and the second one is a place that is one of Montenegro's landmarks (see the last photo).
Getting there: Only by car from the Cetinje - Podgorica road, look for pointers to Rijeka Crnojevica. There are 3 different turns from the road.
