A popular sandy beach and resort on the south coast of Crete. The beach has sunbeds and umbrellas, showers, changing cabins and restaurants. The entrance to the sea is smooth, suitable for children.

These huge rocks at the edge of the beach are called Paligremnos, underneath them is a nudist beach and along them is a walking trail that leads to the caves dug by the German army during World War II.
