25 km to the south of Athens is located a rather unusual Lake Vouliagmeni. It is unique, since is filled from three sources with different water.

The lake was formed about 2000 years ago due to the collapse of a huge cave. Mineral water feeds the lake from a depth of 50-100 meters, fresh water from a depth of 17 meters, and the lake is connected to the sea by an underground cave. The water in the lake is salty and helps with rheumatism, diseases of the nervous system, dermatosis and gynecological diseases.

The place is very clean and pleasant, despite a significant number of tourists. Although, the price is very high - 12 euros on weekdays and 15 euros on weekends. Bring your own towels.
