Ettelsberg Mountain

In winter, Ettelsberg is a popular local winter resort. There is a lake and a children's playground, but the summit is completely flat, so it is not easy to find panoramic views.

For panoramas you have to climb the 59 metre high Hochheideturm observation tower, opened in 2002. It offers a good all-round view and has a lift. However, it was temporarily closed at the time of our visit.








Getting there: parking near the lower station of the cable car 51.291917, 8.602806. The Willingen railway station is nearby.
