Sand sculpture festivals are annually held in Kyiv. We visited one of them on the Trukhaniv island.

Getting there: First go to the Poshtova Ploshcha (Post Square) metro station, then walk via the Pedestrian Bridge to the Trukhaniv island and finally walk several hundred meters rightwards. If you are traveling by car, drive to the Trukhaniv island from the Moskovskyi (Moscow) Bridge and then drive towards the Pedestrian Bridge.
