1. Arch of Friendship of Peoples is the main observation deck in Kyiv. It can be reached from the Evropeiska (European) Square.

7. Andriyivska (St. Andrew's) Church

8. Uzdykhalnytsya Hill. The stairway leads from the "Richard Castle" (building with the black tower on the previous photo) on Andriyivskyi Spusk (Andrew's Descent). View from the top is not very good because of the trees.

9. Zamkova (Castle) Hill (unequipped). You should go up the old stairs from the Andriyivskiy Spusk (Andrew's Descent). The stairs are located a little lower and across the road from the "Richard Castle" and stairs to the Uzdykhalnytsya Hill. If you walk along the Andrew's Descent, then you should climb there.

Passing through the forest on the mountain, you can get to another secret viewpoint with a view of Podil

10. Schekavytsya Hill (unequipped). You can reach this hill from the Podil district along the Lukianivska Street, which starts from the Nyzhniy Val Street.

11. Yurkovytsya Hill (unequipped). Get there from the Otto Schmidt Street. Behind the supermarket turn left to a small street between the private houses.

12. Kyiv bridges. The bridges offer excellent views of the city. The best view is from the Paton bridge. There are also good views from the Pedestrian Bridge.

13. Bell tower of the Sofiyivskyi (St. Sophiya) Cathedral. No elevator.

14. Bell tower of the Mykhailovskyi (St. Michael's) Cathedral. No elevator.

15. Observation deck at the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. There are two of them: on the ground and on the bell tower.

19. Krasnyi Dvir (Red Courtyard), an observation deck located in the Gryshko botanical garden and designed in old Kiev Rus style.

20. Viewpoint on the Podilsky Descent (unequipped). Go along the Podilsky Descent for about 300 meters. Turn on the track along the stone wall. Look to the right and you will see panoramic view of the Podil and Obolon districts. This viewpoint is not widely known even among the Kyiv citizens.
