In 2011, Ukraine hosted the Formula 1 Powerboat World Cup (F1H2O). A suburb of Kyiv, Vyshgorod, was chosen as the venue. Platforms for viewers were mounted on the Dnipro waterfront, and the waterfront itself was totally repaired.

When we reached the waterfront, the number of people there was unrealistic. So we went to find a place to stand, but it was not easy because of crowds. Water and snacks were sold only at the entrance. Luckily it was enough toilets.

Getting there: By minibus #397 from the Heroyiv Dnipra metro station, by minibus #398 from the Tarasa Shevchenka metro station, or by local train from the central train station.
