Albercutx Watchtower

Albercutx Watchtower is one of the best viewpoints in Mallorca. In the 16th century, it was used to track Turkish and North African pirates, and now offers breathtaking views of Cape Formentor.






It is open around the clock, you can drive there by car. Moreover, the tower itself can also be climbed, although the stairs are a bit extreme.


The best views of Cavall Bernat ridge open in the morning and afternoon.


And in the evening is the best view of Cape Formentor.


And a little warning, do not leave valuables in the car. This applies not only to this place, but in our case thiefs cleaned all the cars in the parking lot near the tower. Our rented car was also opened, although it was empty. But others lost valuable things and documents.
