Nervion waterfall

A very picturesque and recommended place, of course, provided that there is water in the waterfall. Although in our case there was no water, the place was still liked.


It is better to come in late winter or spring. Theoretically, water should fall from a height of 222 meters, making the waterfall one of the highest in Europe.


The Ukrainian travel show "Heads and Tails" filmed an episode here a month after our visit and they had water. Perhaps because it was cloudy and rainy.


Getting there: parking N 42 56.358 W 3 02.047, then 5 km one way on foot. If the road is open, you can drive closer along a dirt road, for example to this parking N 42 56.550 W 3 00.011. We did not know about the closer parking and parked here N 42 54.053 W 2 58.870, walked 5 km one way.
