Fort la Latte

One of the most famous castles of Brittany. Built in 1340 - 1370 for the protection of the Saint-Malo gulf. Several times was captured and in the 19th century lost strategic importance. In 1931 castle was bought by a private person and in 20 years renovated.

Place a surprisingly popular. We arrived at 11 am in the summer and there were about 100 tourists. There is a small path to the right from the entrance, which leads to the beach. From there you can see the castle from the side.
