Kitzbühel is considered one of the best place for a ski vacation in Austria. We traveled there in the summer. It's a great place to stay in a hotel for 3-4 days and visit a lot of interesting places in the area. We chose the Lisi Family Hotel (booking.com ) and if you travel by car, with children, then take it without hesitation, it is the best that we found in the region (all-inclusive option is available).
